Problem/Opportunity:
CoreValve, inventors of a revolutionary heart-valve replacement procedure and apparatus, were quickly gaining steam after many successful heart-valve replacements abroad. They needed a digital homebase to serve as the hub to the spokes of their interactive relations with doctors, hospitals, and patients worldwide. Moreover, they needed an intuitive solution so advanced that surgeons could get the resources they needed to more effectively prepare themselves for future procedures.
Solution and Success:
Sovereign Market’s elite interactive producers worked with CoreValve’s product management team to come up with a website that delivered cutting-edge functionality and the looks to match. CoreValve’s new website could deliver the dynamic content would-be patients and doctors hungered for while giving surgeons a highly-secured community toolbox from which to learn and communicate. Soon enough, CoreValve was acquired by Medtronic, the world’s largest medical device manufacturer, for $700 Million! Medtronic then turned to Sovereign Market’s Jude Calvillo to help ease brand transfer, post-acquisition, in the online world, which, of course, he succeeded in doing.
